For Rina Henry, a profound and pivotal life moment sparked a transformative shift, creating a compelling need to change the trajectory of her life. She dedicated herself to cultivating both her physical and emotional wellbeing, enabling her to live with more refined intention and purpose. This newly embraced lifestyle, inspired her to embark on an exciting journey by starting a new, visionary wellness business, that embodied her values and passions. In 2014, she held her first Les Bohèmes Healthfulness Retreat™ with the heartfelt mission to offer a space for individuals to pause, reflect and undergo a restorative experience.

Drawing from her rich fashion background, Rina expanded her vision by launching the eco conscious Retreat Wear line, Ndygo, in 2019—effortlessly blending comfort, elegance, and sustainable style for mindful living. The experiences of becoming a new mum again, during the outbreak of the global pandemic further deepened her unwavering dedication to personal wellness and balance.

Now, as she prepares for the exciting 2026 launch of La Boheme Prive bespoke wellness experiences alongside an exclusive private members club. Rina masterfully combines healthfulness, sophisticated tastes, and genuine passion to inspire profound and lasting transformation.
